About

My name is Emily, I’m 23 from London.

I’m committed to saving the world and it’s waters’ through sustainable living, but I know this can’t happen overnight - it’s a journey. A journey that I started in June 2018.

Before that I wasn’t unlike any other young woman with an overflowing wardrobe, eating processed foods and lots of late nights partying - until my life changed.

If we want to save the world, we must save the one resource that people and planet rely on: WATER

Lifestyle

“The average persons UK water footprint is 4645 litres of water a day through direct and indirect water consumption. Every action we take involves water and has the power to change the world."

Fashion

“The fashion industry is the second biggest polluter of water after oil, worse still is the vast quantities of water and toxic chemicals needed to produce our clothes. By buying from sustainable brands, choosing preloved clothes and loving the clothes we have, we can impact the world’s water through our fashion choices.”

Food

“Our food choices can help us save the world and it’s waters’ every day. 2/3rds of our daily water use comes from the food we eat. Eating more plant-based, choosing organic, and local food we be our healthiest, happiest, most sustainable selves.”

The world

“ The GRACE NASA mission revolutionised our view of water on Earth - that a third of the Earth’s largest underground water basins are being rapidly depleted. As the world faces rising populations, climate change, rising sea levels, ocean plastic and a whole barrage of other stresses on the world’s waters, it is time we did our bit to help.”

Wellness

Our bodies are 65% water, it’s time we start valuing them
